This is a hotel go-to for Misurina! The property is incredibly beautiful and perfect with very good personnel in a hasty manner. It offers excellent breakfasts and has a nice restaurant.
The hotel needs updating.

The breakfast is very comprehensive and rich with zero view, has outstanding food. Courteous and exceptional staff as one would expect. There's no reason to complain, I will be back.

A well priced and charming old hotel in Misurina with courteous staff in a hasty manner. Good location in buffet area with views of lake. And so close to the lake and mountains red, the famous Tre Cimi hike, which is a great bonus and a good restaurant.

Modest but comfortable hotel redeemed by stunning position on Lago di Misurina.
Quality of food not up to a 4* Grand Hotel.

Location, buffet style meals, swimming pool.
The singer in the evening could do with some voice training but otherwise quite good fun.

location, landscape, mountains, nice swimming pool
they charge you all the journey at the first moment you enter to the hotel, little tired furniture in room, strange and noisy pop music in sauna, no potable water in sauna, little towels,

The location of the hotel next to lake Garda and views of Mountains. Receptionists were of great help.
In my opinion this hotel should not be a 4 star hotel. It was really difficult for me and my family to communicate with the restaurant staff since no one understands/ speaks English. We had to go to reception desk with problems relating to the restaurant.Dinner is served between 7.30 and 9.30 and you have to choose 1 out of 3 main dishes. After just 30 minutes 1 of the main dishes was already finished.

great and friendly staff, all inclusive was excellent, nice pool, very clean,
evening buffet was very crowed, but if you go little later quite nice; the food standard is not extreme high, but perfectly fine for the money

I had a lovely stay with a spacious family room and an excellent pool that was perfect for both kids and parents. The breakfast spread was nice, providing plenty of options. the dining experience for dinner didn't quite meet my expectations, as it wasn't as diverse as pictured online.

There was very little to like about the Grand Hotel Misurina. To be fair the breakfast wasn't bad but the rest of the experience was not to be recommended.
This hotel is terrible !!!!!!! The staff were rather off hand, the hotel is very big ( in fact size is the only "Grand" thing about this hotel. The service in the dining room and the foof that was presented was terrible, It was more like a British holiday camp than a quality hotel. The dinner arrangements were an insult to anyone - and the quality and taste were disgusting. We walked out without eating anything of the main course and very little of the first course. This is not a 4 star hotel, it should not have any stars at all. If you have to stay here have your dinner in Cortina before your arrive. I would recommend this hotle to any one; if fact I think that you should remove it from the via Michelin list of hotel
